Animals

Most animals that live in this forest are bird

1.    Macaw- macaws are one of the most common animals in these forests. Most parrots eat fruit, flowers, insects etc. Macaws are the biggest parrots. There more than 19 species of macaw

2.   Toucan- The toucan is mostly like the macaw. They grow over 2 feet. There more than 40 different types of Toucan in the world. The colors of the bill may be black, blue, brown, green, red, white, yellow or a combination of colors.

3.    Sloth- Sloth are extremely slow. They are three toed animals. Most sloth are tiny dog sized. They even sometimes stay at the same tree for years. Most of them are grayish colors. 

4.     Poison arrow frog-Poison arrow frogs are social frogs found in Central and South America. They are known by their bright color. Its poison is one of the most poisonous poisons of all that can paralyze or even cause death.

5.     Spider monkey- This monkey is large sized. They also have powerful tail.

Plants

1.Carnivorous plant- Some plants are adopted to obtain nutrients from animal matters. The best known of these is probably the Venus fly trap.

2.  Orchids- Orchids are one of the most beautiful plants in this forest.

3.  Buttress roots- most rainforest have this kind of trees this trees are the largest trees in the rainforest.

4.  Bromeliads- This plant is related to the pineapples.

5.  Saprophytes- These plants look like mushroom. There plants are always together.
